Um jatinho pertencente a um empresário brasileiro foi apreendido na Bolívia com cerca de 189 quilos de barras de ouro, avaliadas em US$ 25 milhões. O avião, um Gulfstream G100 (IAI Astra) de matrícula brasileira PS-ZRZ, foi identificado como sendo de propriedade do empresário Valdir José Zorzo, proprietário do Grupo Dallas Alimentos, responsável por várias marcas de biscoitos e alimentos em geral.

Segundo as autoridades bolivianas, o avião decolou de Campo Grande no último dia 21 de julho, fez uma parada em Corumbá e depois seguiu para o Aeroporto Internacional de Viru Viru, em Santa Cruz de la Sierra, na Bolívia. A equipe de plantão no aeroporto foi informada pelo responsável pelo voo fretado de que alguns passageiros transportavam ouro na bagagem de mão.

Diante da informação, os agentes iniciaram uma verificação para confirmar a existência da autorização de exportação exigida pela legislação aduaneira do país. Segundo as próprias autoridades bolivianas, o avião teria como destino final o Aeroporto de Dubai, nos Emirados Árabes Unidos, mas não foi informado quais seriam os países de escala para chegar ao Oriente Médio.

In reason of this, the Customs house activated a representative of the Service National of Registration and Control of the Commercialization of Minerals and Metals (SENARECOM), organism responsible for the fiscalization of the mineral sector.

According to the statement, the server of the SENARECOM analyzed the M03 form presented by the responsible for the load and found that the document had been reported as invalid during the verification process. In front of the inconsistencies identified, the Customs house informed that, in coordination with the Navigation Air and Airports Bolivianos (NAABOL), activated the police to retain the gold and initiate the investigations about the attempt of exportation.

No total, six people were detained initially, but only one man of 22 years remained imprisoned for presenting exportation documentation false. Identified as Adrián Lema Roca, he would be the responsible for the load of gold, evaluated in US$ 25 million. The aircraft was liberated days after and today is in Cuiabá.

In response to the press, the Group Dallas affirmed that the aircraft is of property only of the owner and that it "is at disposal to flights fretted" when he is not using. However, in the ANAC is pointed that the jet is not homologated for taxi-aéreo (RBAC 135) and that the only proprietor and operator is the own entrepreneur, not being, therefore, linked to any company apt to the rendering of services of fretting of aircraft.
